Features of Crossed Roller Bearings
Structural features: Crossed roller bearings are cylindrical rollers arranged perpendicular to each other on the 900 V-groove rolling surface through spacers, so the crossed roller bearings can bear radial load, axial load and moment load, etc. Multi-directional load. The size of the inner and outer rings is miniaturized, and the ultra-thin form is even closer to the limit of small size, and has high rigidity, and the accuracy can reach P4 and P2 levels. Therefore, it is suitable for joints and rotating parts of industrial robots, rotating tables of machining centers, manipulator rotating parts, precision rotating tables, medical machines, calculators, IC manufacturing devices and other equipment.
Rotation accuracy: the vertical arrangement of the rollers in the bearing is equipped with spacers, which prevents the inclination of the rollers and the mutual friction between the rollers, and reduces the rotating torque. In addition, compared with the previous use of steel plate cages, there will be no roller contact or lock-up phenomenon on one side. At the same time, because the inner ring or the outer ring is a two-part structure, the bearing gap can be adjusted, even if preload is applied, high-precision rotational movement can be obtained.
Usage characteristics: The divided inner ring or outer ring is fixed with the cross roller ring after the rollers and spacers are installed to prevent separation from each other, so the operation is simple when installing the cross roller ring. The spacer retainer eliminates the friction between the rollers, prevents the rollers from sideways, and can obtain a stable rotation torque. Since the rollers are arranged in a cross, it can withstand loads in all directions with only one set of cross roller rings. Compared with the conventional model, the rigidity is increased by 3 to 4 times.
